CERVICAL DISC HERNIATION EXERCISES

1. Put your hands on your forehead and push your head forward, resist your head coming forward with your hand.

2. Put your hands on your neck and push your head back, resist your head back.

3. Put your hands to the right of your face and push your head from left to right, resist the tilting of your head to the right. Then do the same to the other party.

4. Put your hands on the right back of your head and push your head with your left temple with your other hand. Then do the same to the opposite side.

5.Tilt your head so that your ear touches the shoulder. After resting, return your head to a normal position. Then do the same in the opposite direction.

6. A and B: Slowly tilt your head forward, then back.

1. NOT EVERY EXERCISE IS SUITABLE FOR EVERYONE AND EVERY AGE.

2.EXERCISES MUST BE PERSONAL PLANNED.
