Get up on your hands by stretching your hips back.
Bicycle Pedaling
Rotate your legs below the knee while lying on the hips and knees in a bent position.
Bring your hands together behind your back towards your knees and move your head up and down while sitting in the crouched position.
Bring your hands together on your head while sitting on the chair, leaning forward and move your head and shoulders together up and down.
In the prone position, stretch the back muscles while hanging from the table (arms should be at your sides)
